Como exemplo meu pai e nos aqui em casa estamos muito satisfeitos e meu pai apresenta uma melhora em todos os aspectos , pois antes ele vivia “no silêncio”e da isso lhe causou vários “surtos”.. depois que ele começou a usar o o aparelho ele nunca mais surtou(Não que isso não possa vir a acontecer no futuro.) Mas sinto que hoje o cérebro dele funciona com informação.. com diálogos onde ele entende  a conversa…

“Gostaria de deixar aqui meu depoimento sobre o Núcleo de Audiologia.
O atendimento de todos os colaboradores do Núcleo de Audiologia tem ficado dentro de nossas expectativas. Desde o primeiro contato para solicitação de orçamento (por telefone/whatsapp) até a compra do produto.
Agendamos a visita no escritório para conhecimento e teste do produto num melhor horário para nós, fomos recebidos dentro do horário agendado e sem acumulo de pacientes/acompanhantes presentes no  local e também notamos rigor no seguimento dos protocolos contra a Covid-19.
Temos tido contato com as fonoaudiólogas, Elaine, Renata e Marjorie que acompanham o processo de adaptação desde o início.
Ressalto o tele atendimentos da fonoaudióloga Elaine, que tem feito contatos comigo e com minha mãe (a paciente), ficando sempre à disposição para possíveis dúvidas que quando surgem são respondidas rapidamente além do envio de orientações por vídeos que são esclarecedoras.
Hoje (10/09/20), estivemos na unidade para mais um atendimento presencial que foi necessário, fomos atendidos pela Marjorie que assim como Renata nas vezes anteriores manteve a ótima qualidade do atendimento, atendendo as solicitações de minha mãe quanto a regulagem do aparelho auditivo ainda em adaptação.
Em resumo, o atendimento tanto presencial como virtual tem sido de excelente qualidade que com uma Pandemia em curso, faz toda diferença. Consideramos o atendimento muito humano e próximo aos pacientes/acompanhantes.
Estamos satisfeitos, nos sentimos seguros (inclusive com a questão de cuidados com a Pandemia) e por isso estamos certos de indicarmos a empresa para conhecidos, amigos e familiares que tenham a mesma necessidade.
